Todd Pencarinha provides leadership in identification and evaluation of new investment opportunities in addition to oversight of each new business investment from capital appropriation through stable operation.  Mr. Pencarinha earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas. He has been active in the chemical industry for 32 years, having begun his career with large chemical producers including Exxon, Equistar and Lyondell. Since 2003, Mr. Pencarinha has been a leader in chemical beneficial reuse and founded multiple companies, including Emergent Industrial Solutions, Altiras Chemicals, Altiras Fuels, Altiras Recovery, Altiras Industrial Services, and Altiras Holdings, before his current role with Chemaris.

Steve Marshall is a successful executive, entrepreneur, director, investor and consultant in multiple industries. He is managing director of Chemaris Management. He is also managing director of Chemaris Investments, and managing director and senior executive consultant of Sancus Group Consulting.  Steve provides leadership in operations, business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, capital acquisition and project financing, structuring and modeling as well as guidance for new business investments.

Steve successfully founded, developed and led several entrepreneurial businesses including Chemaris, Altiras, Chasm Industries, Market2Market and Talon Solutions. Earlier in his career, he developed and led several service businesses as a senior manager at GE Healthcare. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University, graduated from the General Electric Manufacturing Management Corporate Development Program and is a graduate of the Gestalt Institute post-graduate training program for clinical therapists and business consultants. Steve has been a leader in industry for over 30 years and dedicated his entire career to building successful companies with global clients across North America, Europe and Asia. His areas of expertise include organizational effectiveness, services, manufacturing, recycling and beneficial reuse, waste reduction and minimization, and beneficial recovery of otherwise unusable products.
